Trade Only Policy
Karian Jewellery operates a strictly trade only policy.
We do not sell on eBay or knowingly supply others who do.
Prices
All prices quoted are nett and exclusive of VAT.
Please note that the Larimar and Amber Jewellery sold by Karian are hand crafted natural unique gems and stones, variations will occur in colour and shape. This is why we recommend for your initial purchase you view our jewellery range.
Our Jewellery is priced in 2 categories
Category A – By weight, these items are priced per gram. (e.g. Pendants )
Category B – By individual item. (e.g. Earrings, bespoke designs)
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typing error or an error in pricing from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
Product Guarantee
Should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please e-mail to advise us immediately and return the item (securely packaged) within seven days. We will exchange, repair or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover customer neglect or damage.
How to pay.
We accept payment in the following ways;
Credit/Debit cards accepted:- Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, American Express
By Cash
By Cheque. All cheques made payable to Karian. (please allow 5 days for clearance)
Payment is due with order in ALL cases. Credit accounts are not offered.
All goods are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of full payment.
Minimum Order
A first minimum order of £350.00 excluding VAT is required. After this however, The following applies
- no minimum order on visits to our showrooms. (by appointment)
- £150.00 excluding VAT on orders by post
- £300 00 excluding VAT with a visit to your premises
Carriage
All Jewellery will be sent out via First Class Post Recorded Delivery. This cost will be charged to the customer.
Display Items
Any items supplied free of charge for display of Karian Jewellery remain the property of Karian Jewellery and we have the right to remove these items at any time.
Please also note that items supplied for display must be used solely for Karian Jewellery.
Point of Sale
Each item of Larimar purchased will be supplied with a free point of sale card.
A4 Counter display cards are also available.
Extra cards and A4 counter displays can be purchased at an additional cost.
